Mobility Manager Caller ID

Hi all,

We're running CCM 5.0.4 with CMM 1.2.2.

The Installation works fine except for the Caller ID which is forwarded by CMM to the PSTN.

The Original Caller ID is forwarded to the Mobile Phone but it is incorrect.

If a Person Calls from the Number 061 123 4567 the IP Phone displays the Number 0 061 123 4567.

Then the call gets forwarded to the Mobile Phone with the Number +41 0061 123 4567

This should be of course +41 61 123 4567

How can I remove the two Zeros?

I've tried to create a External Phone Number Mask on the CTI and the Route Point (XXXXXXXXX) but without any success.

Also I've tried to manipulate the Number in CMM with the Caller ID Override Number.

Does anyone have a idea how to remove the two Zeros?

Thanks for all your Help

Cheers

Alex
