VPN client install error - Dneist execution error

While installing the Deterministiuc Network Enhancer for VPN client, I see the following error message:

Install DNE

Error: Dneinst execution error while installing DNE, returncode -2146500093

When I click Ok to continuw, the intstall rolls back the files.

I am unable to install the DNE so am unable to install the VPN client.

I am trying to find out the meaning of this error message and the return code.

Thanks for your help.
