AutoAttendant can not transfer me to the extensions

hi,


2851 CCME router, also AIM card installed..


my PRI number range xyz5700-xyz5799 (100 DID)


my operator number 5777


(5777 > is the number that AAttendant directs me to this number when i press `0 ' during AA , .)


my AutoAttendant Number is 5701


standart aa.aef script runs..


from an ip phone(for example from 5726) i dial 5701 (AA number)and ivr starts running.


ivr says>>> press 1 for the enter extension number.....


press 2 for spelling the name....


press zero for the operator.......... bla bla ...




problem : if i press 0 everyhting is ok. AA script directsme to the operator(5777) and i start to speak with the operator.




But if i press '1' for entering extension number (for example 5745 ) then ivr says ' you have entered invalid extension number' ...


but if i directly dial 5745 from 5726 then we can speak,everyting is ok.




any idea?

What is your current CUE version?

It fails for all numbers?

transfer-mode blind is configured?

5745 its an ephone in the CME right?

Where did you enter the tranfer-mode blind command? Under telephony-service?
