I have a CRS server 4.5(2) and callmanager 5.0.4.1000-1. I received the following error in the system log: CRS Node Manager Service terminated unexpectedly. The event ID is 7031. Upon termination it restarted immediately so my agents were knocked out of their agent desktops for only a few minutes. I am performing a root cause analysis and I am unable to determine what caused this to occur. This is the only time this has happened since we installed this in September 2006. What could possibly be the cause and what logs should I be researching to determine this?
