delay dial when press redial softkey

i use callmanager express ,IOS version 12.4(5.13)T on cisco router 2811 ,problem found on ipphone when press redial softkey, it 'snot redial immediatly but delay for second and then dial the last number

i want to know how to fix this delay

I have exactly the same with CME 4.2 when I redial PSTN numbers.

Is there a parameter to modify it?
