My suggestion would be to update all Chipset drivers for your motherboard. I also hate to ask a dumb question but you did install the VT adv. software before you plugged that camera in right?
Then the only other sugestion would be to update all chipset drivers. Outside of that try wiping the install and starting from scratch. Other than that I doubt I could help you.
