Hello,


Is it possible to have calls ring all phones when they come in and then be forwarded to the auto attentdant/vm system?


Currently when a call comes in the aa picks up and the caller has to enter an extension, but we want that to change where when the call comes in the all phones will ring and if no one picks up the call is forwarded to aa/vm so the caller can pick who they want to leave a message for?


sorry for the backwards question but, any help is greatly appreciated.

You could set up a basic ACD (which has all kinds of options) on CME and then have CUE redirect the call to the pilot number. Then if no one picks up send it back to a CUE mailbox.

There's no way directly from CUE to ring all extensions, so it would have to be either something like this or a shared line configuration on CME.
