Core Issue
The IP address value is pushed by the Cisco Customer Response Applications (CRA) server and the values pointed out in the hrcConfig.ini file are read-only.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, perform these steps:
- From the Cisco CRA Administrator page, select System > Engine > Engine Configuration.
- Verify the correct IP address for the server.
- Click Update.
- Restart the Servlet engine service.
- Log in from the client again.
The client should receive the IP address specified on the Administrator page.
