App Note: Changing background display on SPA9X2 phones

This application note describes the configuration steps required to configure the background display image on SPA9X2 phones. Note that this steps are required when phone is not connected to the SPA9000 but to a third party SIP Proxy. When used with SPA9000, you can use the SPA9000 Setup Wizard v2.1 to configure the background display.

Is there a way to change background without a TFTP server?  I used the Configuration Wizard, Configure Client Workstation, browsed for a bitmap on my local machine and submitted the change.  Didn't work.
