The purpose of this course is to introduce the student to the features and functions of the SPA IP phones. Additionally, this training addresses market opportunities and dynamics that will assist with product sales and well as technical details.
Upon completing this training, you will be able to:- Understand various attributes that influence demand
- Describe the four deployment methods of the SPA900 IP-Phone
- Review the configuration parameters
- List common troubleshooting techniques
Errata: This training contains following errata, we are trying to correct it as soon as possible!.
(1) IP Centrex definition is incorrect, on IP Centrex deployment scenario, call control is managed by the ITSP (there is no SPA9000/SPA400) and there is no limit on the number of phones (other than the one imposed by the ITSP or the bandwidth).
(2) Following SPA525G features are not available: Wideband audio and VPN over TLS support.
