Resolution
To enable Multicast on 4100 Airespace WLAN controllers using the Command Line Interface (CLI), perform these steps:
- Log in into the controller.
- In configuration mode, type config.
- Issue the network multicast enable command.

(Controller-4012) config>exit
Verify that Ethernet Multicast support is enabled by typing show run and scrolling down to the Network Information section.

To enable Multicast on 4100 Airespace WLAN controllers using the Graphical User Interface (GUI) interface, perform these steps:
- Click on Switch in the menu on top of the page.
- Select General from the left-hand side menu.
- Chose Enable in the pull down menu of Ethernet Multicast Support.
- Click the Apply button on top of the page.
