Provide your exemption certificate to your sales partner. Your sales partner enters the exemption information when setting up your subscriptions in the partner portal. The Cisco WebEx Telepresence team reviews the information and, if approved, applies the exemption to your account. During this time, Cisco keeps you updated on the status of your exemption request.
