As part of the subscription purchase process, your sales partner entered your email address as the administrative and/or the billing contact for your company. You use that email address as your username to sign in to the Cisco WebEx Telepresence portal—you do not receive a separate username.
You do, however, need to create the password you want to use to sign in to the portal. You should have received a message from orders@telepresence.webex.com containing a link to the subscription setup process, during which you create your WebEx Telepresence portal password. If you did not receive this email message, contact Cisco WebEx Telepresence support (see Support).
| If you can’t find the message in your Inbox, check your Spam/Junk Mail folder. Also, make sure you are checking the account for the email address you entered as part of the subscription purchase process. |
