WebEx Telepresence portal: Under Account > Subscriptions, why do some subscriptions have a green checkmark next to them, and some have a gray checkmark?

A green checkmark indicates that you successfully activated the subscription.

A gray checkmark indicates that you need to complete activation for that subscription. Click the subscription name to open the subscription details page, from which you can complete activation (see Manage your subscription information).
