How to load configuration files on the VPN 3000 Concentrator

To load configuration files on the VPN 3000 Concentrator, perform these steps:

• On the production box, go to Administration | File Management. Under the configuration file, click on View. A new browser window opens with all the configurations. Save the contents of this new window as a .txt file. 
  

• Go to the same screen on the other box, and click File Upload. Under File, on the VPN 3000 Concentrator type CONFIG. Under Local File, browse to the file you downloaded from the other unit. Click on upload.   

• Go to Administration | System Reboot and make these selections: 

  Action = Reboot 
  Configuration = Reboot without saving the active configuration  
  When to Reboot/Shutdown = Now 

  Your unit reboots with the new configuration on it.
