- Sign in to the Cisco WebEx Telepresence portal if you are not already signed in (see Sign in to the portal).
- Click Call history.
- (Optional) To filter the display, do either or both of the following:
- To view the call history for a particular device: Click Select device and click the device.
- To view only incoming, outgoing, or missed video and audio calls: Click View all and click the call type.
