The sender should check the length of his or her device video address. Jabber Video can receive video calls from SIP devices whose video addresses are up to 41 characters. However, Jabber Video can receive video calls from H.323 devices whose video addresses are up to 31 characters only. So if the video call is coming from a SIP device with a video address of 42 characters or more, or an H.323 device with a video address of 32 characters or more, you cannot receive the video call in Jabber Video.

There is no limit on the length of a video address for incoming video calls from other Jabber Video or Cisco WebEx Telepresence device users.
