After you create a Jabber Video account, you can’t change the username or email address for that account. If you want to use a different username or email address, create a new account by going to and clicking Get Jabber Video. Note the following regarding changing your username or email address:
- You can associate an email address with one Jabber Video account only. So if you create a new account because you want to use a different username, you need to enter an email address for that account that is different from the one you used for your first account—you can’t use the same email address twice. The system sends your welcome email to the new email address.
- By contrast, you can use the same username for more than one Jabber Video account. So if you create a new account because you want to use a different email address, you can enter your existing username for the second account.
