Core IssueIn Cisco Unity 4.0(4) attempting to run Manage Integrations (utim) results in this error:
"Failed loading the MiuRegistry component Error 0x80070005. In order to use the Telephony
Integration Manager your Windows account must be a Cisco Unity Administrator and a member
of the Adminstrators group on this computer."
This occurs with any user who logs in (for example, domain administrator).
ResolutionThis is caused by incorrectly configured service accounts. To resolve the issue, perform these steps:
- Log on as an account with appropriate privileges (Cisco Unity install account).
- Run Permissions Wizard.
- Run the Service Configuration Wizard found in the Cisco Unity Tools Depot under Administration Tools.
