This section describes the solution for the error message %IOSXE-4-PLATFORM: R0/0: kernel: mcp: hrtimer_get_softirq_time()

not serviced in ASR routers.

Resolution

 

The software detects a potential deadlock situation with the high-resolution timer. The message is output to indicate that the 
deadlock was avoided. The printed message is meant as a warning, and the system took corrective action. Only if you receive many
or a flood of these messages would there bea concern and you can contact TAC to open a case.
