You've inserted a USB drive into the SPA525G2 running 7.5.2a, you've enabled Call Recording using the phone's interface, you place a call but do not see the call record soft keys, and are wondering why.

Chances are, you have soft keys enabled on the phone, perhaps from pre 7.5.1a days, have upgraded the phone, but have never updated the phone's configuration file to include the required soft key configuration.
