Problem description:

CCB call fails at Callback entry Application. In Activity log of the CallbackEntry you observe below error message.

Log snippet:

10.104.208.193.1383103768750.226.CallbackEntry,10/30/2013 08:59:37.156,Validate_01,element,warning,addXmlBody - Error returned from probe

Reason: Survivability is not configured properly for incoming dial number.

Solution:

Under application should be a service define for survivability.tcl

Service service flash:survivability.tcl

 

The incoming pot dial-peer should call this service

Dial-peer voice 1 pots

Description incoming call to GW

service cvp-survivability

incoming called-number .

direct-inward-dial

 

dial-peer voice 9 voip

description calls to CVP

destination-pattern 365755.

Voice-class code1

Voice-class sip rel1xx disable

The service entry should include the service name and the params, for clarity. Like so:

service cvp-survivability flash:survivability.tcl
 param ccb id:10.86.132.177;loc:doclab;trunks:1
