Restart services on Call Manager
1- Go ahead and complete a manual purge on the CDR web page.
Cisco Unified Serviceability-->Tool-->CDR Analisis and reporting-->System-->Data Base-->Manual purge-->Purge.
2- Make sure that the Service Parameter CDR flag is "True"
3- Cisco CAR Web Service "Restart"
4- Cisco CAR Scheduler "Restart"
5- Cisco CDR repositiry Manager "Restart"
6- Cisco CDR Agent "Restart"
Results
Make a test call and get the call records needed
After following the steps above you will be ready to place a test call and use the CDR analysis and reporting tool to find the records that customer needs.
