MAC Address is a unique Id generally used for identifying the hardware. To access the internet MAC address should be registered at ISP providers. In order to overcome this task of re-registering MAC address to service providers MAC Address Clone can be used. Assigning the currently registered ISP MAC Address with ISP to the router's MAC Clone feature.
MAC Address Clone
Step 1. Use the Router Configuration Utility to choose Setup > MAC Address Clone. The MAC Address page opens.
Step 2. Click Enabled to clone MAC Address.
Step 3. Specify the MAC address in the MAC Clone Address field that you want to clone.
Step 4. Click Clone My MAC Address to perform MAC cloning.
Note: MAC Address changes according to the registered MAC address with ISP providers.
