Cisco Support Community
The Cisco Support tool allows Cisco Support personnel to access the logs from the PLGdevice to identify problems during resolution of support requests. Access to this tool is logged as a Notice level event for PLG1000.
Enable Cisco Support Tool Access
Log on to Cisco OnPlus Portal and select the desired customer's network.
Step 1. On the customer's network dashboard, choose Tools > Cisco support.
Step 2. Click Support Access. A window opens prompting for a code. The support personnel will issue the code which is to be entered.
Cisco Support Tool is activated.
