Working on some better documentation, but for quick and dirty. Here are the files in the zip file when you download CSM Server 3.3

Also check out the Youtube video for Introduction to CSM

Hello Bryan,

I have csm 3.3. up and running. The linux server is connected to the hosts via Anyconnect. I did a quick icmp test and it's working fine.

The issue is that under "edit host" I type in the IP address, username and password but when I click "check reachability" I instantly get this message:

Unable to reach the specified host via 10.100.122.27.

Or you may not be an authorized user.

Username and IP is correct. What could be the issue?

It's an issue with Linux. Today I have tried to connect to a switch over SSH which is in the same network and connection was successful.

I have to find out why CSM is not trying to access the host over the VPN connection.

Hi,

maybe somebody will help me here since nobody is watching this thread

We are using CSM 3.4. I see that there is an Inventory Dashboard option under "Help" and then I get a PDF file where it says this:

All features are available from the Inventory Manager Menu Bar. The menu bar is visible by
default when logging in. To hide/show the menu bar, click the three stripe icon in the top right
corner of the Main Menu Bar.

The thing is that I do not have any "stripes" on the right corner and there is no Inventory manager menu bar at all.

Any ideas?

For all the CSM Server users, please note that an important update on CSM Support status was shared last week:

Thanks Aleks,

is there a replacement product available for IOS/IOS-XR upgrades?

Hi Smail,

we're working on a long term solution, but I don't know yet in what shape or form will it come. The instructions from the above URL are an interim solution.
