Unable to access Cisco Security Agent (CSA) after an operating system upgrade

Core issue

When upgrading or changing operating systems, uninstall the agent first. The agent installation process examines the operating system at the time of installation and copies components accordingly. Existing agent components may not be compatible with operating system changes.


To resolve this issue, un-install and re-install the agent so that files compatible with the upgraded operating system can be copied.
