Domain security policies can affect the installation and some services might not get registered. The installation appears to complete without problems.
To resolve this issue, perform these steps:
- Remove the Cisco Customer Response Applications (CRA) server from Active Directory (AD) back into a local workgroup and then reboot.
- Log on as the local Administrator and then run the necessary installer CD.
- Reboot and complete any new set up and configuration.
- Re-add the CRA server back into the AD.
