Cisco Unity subscribers can use Cisco Unity ViewMail to manage voice, fax, and email messages from the Microsoft Outlook inbox. Subscribers can use ViewMail to send voice messages to other subscribers of Cisco Unity, to non-subscribers of Cisco Unity, and to public distribution lists. Subscribers can also play and record voice messages through the Media Master control bar.
