Resolution
In order to delete unwanted wallpaper, Secure Shell (SSH) into the Cisco CallManager 5.x server with the operating system (OS) administration account used during the install. This is different than the Cisco CallManager Administrator account.
Issue these commands:
file list tftp Desktop/* !--- lists the files
file delete tftp Desktop/[size]/[filename] !--- deletes the files
