Introduction
Unable to access Cisco secure ACS admin page on Microsoft Windows and the blank white page displays.
Core issue
In this issue, while you access the ACS admin page, the browser does not display any error message and displays a blank white page.
Resolution
Complete these steps in order to resolve this issue:
Make sure Java Run-time Environment (JRE) 1.4.2_04 is installed on the PC.
Add http://127.0.0.1 in trusted sites in Microsoft Internet Explorer. In order to add a trusted site in the browser, choose Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted sites.
