Problem
The wireless connection drops while using the VPN Client.The connection is fine when the VPN Clinet is not used.
Resolution
Few question for you to troubleshoot this issue :-
1:- When you say wireless connection drop, does it drop for this specific PC or for all devices.
2:- What version of windows do you have.
3:- What device this VPN client connects to.
4:- Are keepalives enabled on the head end device.
5:- Is split tunneling enabled on head end device.
6:- Have you tried the VPN client connection form any other PC
7:- Have you tried using any other version of vpn client.
