CoA RFC3576 is used to e.g disconnect certain user by send accounting disconnect-request message to NAS.
ACS 4.x or 5.x today does not support RFC3576. I show in the document how to test RFC3576 using still ACS for PEAP but with additional tool to send accounting disconnect-request message to WLC.
