This Application Note describes how to configure Shared Call Appearance feature (SCA) on Cisco SPA phones that are registered to Broadsoft’s Broadworks environment.

I have configured SCA to SPA phones. Is there a way to show DND status of SCA instance on the phone?  If the extension is primary and private, it does show the DND status.  But for SCA, it does not. Is there a way to enable this?  We are using Broadsoft and SPA 5xx 3xx. Thank you.
