It is possible to integrate the OnPlus Service with two of the leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools, ConnectWise and Autotask.
The OnPlus Portal offers these PSA integration apps:
- Autotask. Install and configure this app to integrate the OnPlus Portal with Autotask service ticketing.
- ConnectWise. Install and configure this app to integrate the OnPlus Portal with ConnectWise service ticketing.
To use these apps, you must:
- Configure settings in Autotask or ConnectWise to enable integration with the OnPlus Portal.
- Install the ConnectWise or Autotask App for each customer and configure Apps settings on the OnPlus Portal.
- Set up notification delivery rules and contacts for sending OnPlus Portal event notifications to the Autotask or ConnectWise application to create service tickets.
