The user ID you entered is invalid.
To resolve this issue, perform these steps:
- Make sure that you are typing the user ID correctly. User IDs are case sensitive.
- Verify that you are using the correct Cisco CallManager password.
If the problem is still not resolved, try stopping and restarting the Cisco Desktop Sync Server service.
