Core Issue
The most common reason for this issue is a problem with the outbound Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) filtering policy. The show ip bgp neighbor command shows which filters are being applied per neighbor.
Resolution
Ensure that the outbound BGP filter policies allow the prefix(es) in question to be advertised. Review the policies that can be viewed by looking at the show run command output.
