Your Cisco Jabber Video for TelePresence call history list displays your most recent outgoing, incoming, and missed calls. You can call devices and add favorites directly from the history list (see Add a favorite).

On a Windows computer, Jabber Video stores history list entries both by Windows user and by Jabber Video account. On a Mac computer, Jabber Video stores history list entries by Mac user only.

View call information

  • To view your call history, on the Jabber Video control screen, click History.

Each entry displays the following:

  • Call type: outgoing, incoming, or missed
  • Date and time of the call
  • Call duration
  • Video address or number of the caller (incoming) or the recipient (outgoing)

If you answered a call while using a different Jabber Video installation or device, the entry for that call displays Answered elsewhere.

Clear your call history

  1. On the Jabber Video control screen, click History.
  2. Click Clear history.
