Try the following:

  • If you have a video chat or video conferencing application such as Skype, WebEx, or Google Chat running on your computer, close that application.
  • If you are displaying the Jabber Video call on an attached external monitor, move the call display to your built-in computer monitor.
  • Try updating your graphics driver (see I am seeing a message to update my graphics driver. What should I do?).
  • Have the other person on the video call try all these steps also, in case the issue is on that person’s end.
