There are things that need to be improved with this App:

- If you have a link to the discussion it can not be open with this App. if you click any link that sends you to the support forums it will open in a browser. there is no way to get the link open in support forum except with going the whole way to the forum and search for the post.

- When you are writing a reply to a post you can not see other's replies. Sometimes one is commenting on another reply and needs to keep the replies avialable to be seen so he reply to everything in a prevoius reply.

- Although you have the supportforums App installed, whenever you open the support forum from the browser it keeps telling you to download the support forum's App!! it is better if it just recognize that I already have the App installed rather than keep annoying me with offering getting it installed! I am using the browser deliberately because the App is not flexible enough.

The above poins are really annoying and I went to use the browser instead which - at least - can open the links for me!

Hope this can be fixed in later releases soon.

Hi Amjad,

Thanks for the feedback.  We are always looking to improve our app.  A few things you mentioned such as the annoying pop-up we're already working on and hope to have fixed soon.  As for the clickable links that is a known problem within our app.  One workaround in the meantime until we are able to fix this is to tap and hold on the screen and select the text to copy and paste in your mobile browser.  I hope to get the links fixed soon so that you won't have to use this approach.

Best Regards,

Kent Wong
