Auto Attendant en cucm 8.6(2a)

Hola Amigos,

Hay alguna forma de hacer un pequeño auto attendant en el call manager, sin necesidad de un IPCC o un Unity?

Me podrian indicar como hacer?

Hola Guillermo,

Perdón, creo que entendí mal tu pregunta. Te comento que no es posible configurar la parte de auto attendant en el cucm, y para poder contar con este servicio es necesario que cuentes con IPCC o Unity, Si checaste la documentación que te envié encontraras lo siguiente:

Disculpame que vuelva a preguntar, pero donde y como creo el script y como levanto la grabacion que necesito utilizar?

Tengo experiencia en unity pero no con un callmanager solo
