Smart Net Total Care System Maintenance Downtime
On Saturday, March 16th at 22:00 PT to Sunday, March 17th at 02:30 PT, Smart Net Total Care will be performing system maintenance on the Portal and Collector Uploads. The Portal and Collector uploads will not be available during this window. Collector uploads during this window will need to be re-uploaded for processing when system becomes available.
Services (SNTC)APIs on the new platform
We have completed migration of Services APIs to a new platform. If you are having issues with your APIs, please open a TAC case.
SNTC Portal and Chrome Browser
04 Mar 2024: For those users that can only use a Chrome browser, Chrome on an Apple iPad is working, please use this option if possible.
** 08 Sep 2023: Certain customers/partners have reported issues regarding loading portal data when using latest Chrome browser (versions 117 and above), especially on Windows operating system. As a work around, please use either Firefox (preferable), Microsoft Edge, or Safari browsers or downgrade Chrome browser to Version 116. We are working to resolve this condition and will provide further updates as they become available.
Smart Net Total Care Role Assignments Not Processing
Assigning new roles for users in the Cisco Service Access Management (CSAM) tool has not been processing properly to the Smart Net Total Care portal, and the roles assigned are not being activated. Our Team is working to get this corrected as soon as possible. If you are experiencing this, please create a discussion, and we will get the details from you, and manually complete the process. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We will notify you when this has been resolved.
Service Maintenance
*** 14 Feb 2024: The maintenance has been successfully completed, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is ongoing impact to SNTC service. The following use cases are impacted:
1) View all existing appliances in All Collectors
2) New Appliance Creation
3) New Entitlement Certificate download
4) Collector Upload for the new Appliance created
5) File Import for the new Appliance created
6) Appliance Deletion
SNTC Engineering is working to provide a resolution. There is no impact to collector uploads or any other services.
Cisco Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC) Release 2.10.0.7 Available
Aug 09, 2023 - Cisco is pleased to announce the release of CSPC 2.10.0.7 patch. This new patch requires 2.10, 2.10.0.1, 2.10.0.2, 2.10.0.3, 2.10.0.4, 2.10.0.5 or 2.10.0.6 installed on CSPC. We recommend CSPC 2.10.0.7 for ALL current and new installations. This release also includes Rules Package 4.19.
The new 2.10.0.7 patch is available for download in the Software Download Center.

April 27th, Cisco is pleased to announce the release of CSPC 2.10.0.2 ISO. We recommend CSPC 2.10.0.2 for ALL current and new installations.
The new 2.10.0.2 ISO is available for download in the Software Download Center.
