Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC) 2.11 Release Announcement

Cisco is announcing the availability of CSPC Version 2.11 which replaces all CSPC 2.10 versions. This release includes the new Alma Linux OS 9.3, support for device Rule Package 4.20 and the latest security updates. CSPC 2.10 versions which uses Red Hat’s CentOS 7 will be End of Life June 30, 2024. We always recommend upgrading to the latest version of CSPC software.

Services (SNTC) APIs on the new platform

We have completed migration of Services APIs to a new platform. If you are having issues with your APIs, please open a TAC case.

SNTC Portal and Chrome / Edge Browsers

The SNTC portal is currently experiencing display issues when using a Chrome or Edge browser.  Our team is working to resolve the issue an expect the resolution by May 19th. We will keep you posted on any updates on this site.

* For those users that can only use a Chrome or Edge browsers, Chrome / Edge on an Apple iPad is working, please use this option if possible.

Smart Net Total Care Role Assignments Not Processing

Assigning new roles for users in the Cisco Service Access Management (CSAM) tool has not been processing properly to the Smart Net Total Care portal, and the roles assigned are not being activated. Our Team is working to get this corrected as soon as possible. If you are experiencing this, please create a discussion, and we will get the details from you, and manually complete the process. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We will notify you when this has been resolved.

All Collectors Data Grid

The All Collectors data grid should be available to users. If you are generating a new CSPC Certificate. Please clear your browser cache before downloading the certificate.

 

Cisco Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC) Release 2.10.0.7 Available

Aug 09, 2023 - Cisco is pleased to announce the release of CSPC 2.10.0.7 patch. This new patch requires 2.10, 2.10.0.1, 2.10.0.2, 2.10.0.3, 2.10.0.4, 2.10.0.5 or 2.10.0.6 installed on CSPC. We recommend CSPC 2.10.0.7 for ALL current and new installations. This release also includes Rules Package 4.19.

The new 2.10.0.7 patch is available for download in the Software Download Center.

April 27th, Cisco is pleased to announce the release of CSPC 2.10.0.2 ISO. We recommend CSPC 2.10.0.2 for ALL current and new installations.

The new 2.10.0.2 ISO is available for download in the Software Download Center.
