IOS IPS with SDF extension is OLD version of IPS file, as they are version 4.x.

The latest version of IOS IPS is now version 5.x and it's with PKG extension.

The old version is no longer available purely because it is out of date.

You would need to have IPS subscription service contract to be able to download any IPS signature update.
