CUVA COM IP PHONE

Bom dia Pessoal.

Alguem já instalou o CUVA com um IP phone?

Eu tenho ele funcionando com o IP comunicator, porém eu estou tentado configurar com um IP phohe 7965G e não estou conseguindo.

Tem algum Macete?

O IP Phone esta registrado com CUCM/CME como SIP ou SCCP ?

Levantei esta questão pois o CUVA não é suporta em telefones com SIP. Caso seja SCCP o procedimento de configuração é o mesmo usado com o IPCOM.

Poderia relatar o problema que você esta encontrando ?

Tente verificar se o CDP está habilitado na porta PC do Device.

CDP: PC Port

Indicates whether CDP is supported on the PC port (default is enabled).

Enable CDP on the PC port when Cisco VT Advantage/Unified Video Advantage (CVTA) is connected to the PC port. CVTA does not work without CDP interaction with the phone.

Note When CDP is disabled in Cisco Unified Communications Manager, a warning is displayed, indicating that disabling CDP on the PC port prevents CVTA from working.

Note The current PC and switch port CDP values are shown on the Settings menu.

Use Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration > Device > Phone.
