MSE 8510を利用した際の会議室数制限について

MSE8510を利用した多地点ビデオ会議の提案をしております。

会議室数制限についてご教示頂けないでしょうか？

①会議室予約における最大会議室数制限がありますでしょうか？ある場合はいくつまで可能でしょうか？

②同時開催会議室数の最大数制限はありますでしょうか？ある場合はいくつまで可能でしょうか？

※ポート数ではなく、会議室数に関する質問となります。

①会議室予約における最大会議室数制限がありますでしょうか？

MSE8510は、ソフトウェアバージョン4.2から、会議数は500まで持てるようになりました。

The Cisco TelePresence MCU MSE 8510 can now support up to 500 conferences.

②同時開催会議室数の最大数制限はありますでしょうか？

上記の通り、会議室自体は500まで作成可能ですが、VCSに会議番号を登録できるのは、

　H.323の場合100まで

　SIPの場合50まで

となります。H.323の場合は、MCUのService Prefixを使えば、500会議まで開催することは可能ですが、実際にはポートラインセンス数の制限がございます。

Configuring H.323 gatekeeper settings

MCU can register up to 100 IDs with the gatekeeper; these IDs comprise conferences' Numeric IDs, the
MCU service prefix, and the H.323 ID. If you need to register more than 100 IDs, use a prefix for MCU
registrations to route calls to the MCU, rather than registering individual conferences with the gatekeeper.
The use of prefixes is described further in the table below.

Telepresence Serverを下記の条件で構築

　-CTI-410V-VTS-K9 x1

※同時会議開催数は購入するライセンス数に依存する事は理解させて頂いております。

弊社のTelepresence Serverの各種ドキュメントを見たところ、最大会議室数に関する情報は、Cisco TelePresence Server 7010、Cisco TelePresence Server MSE 8710のPrintable Online Helpドキュメントに、The TelePresence Server supports a maximum of 200 conferencesとなっております。

ただし、上記はTelePresence Server 7010/MSE 8710をLocally Managed Modeで使用した場合の記載です。Locally Managed Modeとは、MCUやMSE8510のように単体の機器として動作するモードです。

ご質問の条件の、Telepresence ServerはBE6M上でVirtual-Machineとして動作する環境の場合、参照すべきドキュメントは、下記のTelePresence-Server-Printable-Help-4-2-Virtual-Machineになりますが、Virtual-Machineでは、最大会議室数に関する情報の記載はございません。

Virtual-Machineとして動作する環境の場合Locally Managed Modeはサポートされておらず、Remotely-Managedで動作します。Remotely-Managedでは、会議はTelePresence ServerのWEBUIからは予約できません。かならずCisco TelePresence Conductor または Cisco TelePresence Exchange Systemからリモートで会議を作成する必要があります。

Operation modes
There are two modes of operation for the TelePresence Server 7010 and MSE 8710: remotely managed mode and locally managed mode. The operation mode affects
how the screen licenses translate into capacity to host concurrent calls.

TelePresence Server must be managed by a system like Cisco TelePresence Conductor or Cisco TelePresence Exchange System.

その為、お客様がご利用のスクリーンライセンスなどによって作成可能な会議数が変わってくるため、一意の最大会議数の記載がございません。

また、情報が不足していて申し訳ございません。

conductor, TMS/TMSPEも合わせて導入する予定です。

またライセンスはTP-SMP-K9を利用する予定で、LIC-TP-SMPを必要な会議室数購入致します。

頂いた情報から類推するに、Remotely-Managedモードで動作するため、MCUとしての予約会議室数の制限は不明（ドキュメント記載無し）、同時開催会議室数としてはLIC-TP-SMPライセンスで購入した数分となると理解させて頂きました。

そうすると同時開催会議室数の制限がポイントとなると考えているのですが、TMSから予約した会議室が開催される（同時会議室ライセンスを消費する）タイミングは会議開催されたタイミング（1ポートでも指定された時間内に参加したタイミング）で宜しいでしょうか？

またTMS側で会議予約を行う時点で、同時間帯にライセンス数を超える予約を行おうとするとアラートがあがり予約が出来ないなどの動作はしますでしょうか？
