【RMA時】
- ライセンス状態
RMAされた機器は、元のPIDに準じたライセンスが含まれた状態で配送されますが、
ライセンスが不足している場合や、交換前の機器を入手後に別途ライセンスを購入して適用している場合には、
代替機器にも別途適用する必要があります。
- ライセンス取得手順
ライセンスの付け替えについてはJapan TACまで申請してください。

LICENSE KEY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Attached to this email you will find a file with the ".lic" extension. This is the file that will activate the Feature Set that you purchased for your router. Do not edit the contents of the .lic file in any way or you will render the file useless.
Installing your Cisco Software Activation License
This license can be installed using the command line interface (CLI) or the Cisco License Manager. Instructions for using the CLI are included below. For details on downloading or using the Cisco License Manager, please go to http://www.cisco.com/go/clm.
Please note the Unique Device Identifier (UDI) for this license. This license can only be installed on the router that has this matching UDI.
License Installation Using the CLI
License file on CUE module can be installed from FTP or TFTP server using the following syntax
CUE-SM#license install Error! Hyperlink reference not valid.
Optionally if FTP server is setup for Anonymous user, then following command can be used:
CUE-SM#license install Error! Hyperlink reference not valid.
Example:
CUE-SM# license install ftp://testman:guest@10.86.26.195/LIC-FILES/CUE/Ports.lic
Installing...Feature:VMIVR-PORT...OK:No Error License Note:
Application will evaluate this change upon next reload
1/1 licenses were successfully installed
0/1 licenses were existing licenses
0/1 licenses were failed to install
At this point of time, the license is installed in the system. But, it can be used only upon reload.
You may install more than one license file on the device before the reload.
Application status check using the CLI
CUE-SE# show license status application
