about disk space of PI

Can I change disk space for PI to more small space.

Now ,disk space for PI is 300Gbyte.But our VM system don't have enough space,so I'd like to decrease it.

If it's available,I'd like to know how size I can decrease.

There are 50 AP and 2 WLC  be managed by PI in our network.

I thik it's not so many dveices for PI,so I think it's available to decrease disk space.

If disk space will be full,how PI work?

System stop? ,Can't write log only?  ,No problem?
