Hi,
i have created new user and able to authenticate few few routers and switches but for majority of the devices i can see below error.
13017 Received TACACS+ packet from unknown Network Device or AAA Client.
and old users are able to authenticate properly with all the devces.
ACS-5.0.3.40.
any suggestion.

Hi,
The device you are trying to authenticate to is not configured on the ACS as a AAA device.

Hi,
it got resolved.
i have excluded the ip of secondary acs, which was unknowningly down. post auth was successfull.

What if it is just the secondary firewall? I am adding the IP of the secondary IP of the standby firewall, so it should have the same config as the primary. However, I am still unable to authenticate and it is giving the error 13017.
