Microsoft IAS requires the domain datbase. So, when you install IAS on domain controller, it will have the database integrated automatically. Not sure, how much authorization parameter you can setup on IAS (pl. consult with Microsoft for that), but just to authenticate, this is what you need on the router -
aaa authentication login default group radius
radius-server host 10.1.1.1 key cisco
Here 10.1.1.1 is the IAS ip address. Please make sure to define your router as AAA client on the radius server.
Login to the FXOS chassis manager.
Direct your browser to https://hostname/, and log-in using the user-name and password.
